Luis “Baboon” Palomino (8-0, 5 KOs) put on a show for the the fans at BKFC 34 Shoaff vs. Palomino.
The Miami-based fighter took on Tom Shoaff (4-4, 2 KOs) and did not disappoint. In between landing big right hands and counters, he showed off his footwork, which is something we haven’t seen much of from him in his previous fights.
Palomino started strong with a knockdown in the first round and another one in the second round that left Shoaff bleeding profusely around his eyes. The ringside physician called a halt to the fight after three rounds due to the cuts on Shoaff’s face.
After this victory, Palomino has now won two titles in BKFC and is ranked number one pound-for-pound fighter in their organization.
In this interview with Bare Knuckle News Host Susan Cingari, Palomino tells us why this has been his best year ever and responds to a call out from Connor Tierney.
